Printed color steel plate

Printed board - a color coated board printed with patterns or patterns, is a new type of home appliance board and building materials decoration board that has only been developed in recent years abroad. Printed color coated plate is a product that solves the problem of printing various patterns on the galvanized substrate after the coating process, resulting in a more elegant and handsome appearance, higher rigidity, and superior performance than the coated plate. In prosperous countries such as Japan and South Korea, in recent years, they have increased their development efforts in these areas and are in the ranks of being behind in terms of skills. Although China has made significant progress in the development of high-level color coated board printing technology equipment, in terms of color coated board printing technology equipment, except for one introduced by Baosteel on the No. 2 color coated board consumption line, other consumption lines are not equipped with such equipment, which is still a blank in this field. Printed boards are usually achieved through the use of color coating line consumption processes. At present, the widely used color coating consumption line is the two coating and two drying consumption process, and its precision coating machine is often equipped with two coating heads for rapid color change of topcoats. Printing consumption can be achieved on this consumption line (as shown in Figure 1), which means that there is a concave pattern engraved on the adhesive roller of the I # finishing machine. The adhesive roller transfers the pattern onto the coating roller, which then transfers the pattern onto the steel strip for printing. After drying, the No. 2 precision coating machine applies varnish or transparent protective film on the surface.
