The specifications of the coil materials vary from country to country, and the soft PVC coil flooring material is relatively soft, with a certain degree of elasticity and comfortable foot feel.

Construction requirements

Before paving the floor, the concrete floor must be leveled with mortar C10 15 to 20 days in advance, with a leveling height 5mm lower than the designed height of the ground. The leveling surface is smooth.

2. The flatness requirement for the leveling of the basic ground with coiled material flooring is that the height error within every 2 meters is less than 2 millimeters.

3. The concrete and leveling layer must be fully dried before installing the roll flooring, which usually takes 15-20 days to construct. The moisture content of the entire ground shall not exceed 5%.

4. The leveling layer must have sufficient bearing capacity and be free from cracks, hollowing, and sand formation. The strength of the base cement must be greater than 10Mpa.

5. The foundation ground should be clean and free of grease, paint, glue, cement blocks, etc.

6. After the installation of the floor, the foundation line should be constructed, and attention should be paid to protecting the installed coiled material floor during construction.

7. Where the coiled floor is connected to other floors, other floors must be installed first and the edges must be properly treated to ensure smooth connection.
